Delivering the welcome speech at the Workshop, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Phat - Member of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy Party Committee, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy said that this conference was one of the activities contributing to the realization of the Resolutions of the Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City and the Party Congress of Vientiane Capital respectively in life. The conference was also an opportunity for lecturers of the two schools to exchange experiences, teaching knowledge, research and summarization of local realitiy; thereby further connecting the friendship and solidarity between the two schools.

- Comrade Viengphone Keokhunsi, MA. - Member of Vientiane Capital City Party Committee, Principal of the Vientiane Capital School of Politics and Public Administration, Laos gave a disourse on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in resolving the difficulties in economy and finance in Vientiane Capital".

- Comrade Sengchan Chanthasuk, MA. - Vientiane Capital School of Politics and Administration gave a discourse on: "Improving the quality of party members and the work of developing party members in Vientiane Capital".

- Comrade Tran Thi Ha Van, Ph.D. - Head of the Party Building Faculty, Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy presented the paper: "Promoting Party building and rectification in the Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City and Vientiane Capital respectively".

- Comrade Doan Nguyen Thuy Trang, Ph.D. - Deputy Head of Scientific, Information and Documentation Management Department, Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy presented the paper: "Building political culture in Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee during the current period".

- Comrade Suk NilănDon Kunlavong, Ph.D. - Vientiane Capital School of Politics and Administration presented the paper: "Strengthening the Party's leadership in state management and social management by law".

- Comrade Phonseng Phônsavăt, Ph.D. - Vientiane Capital School of Politics and Administration presented the paper: "Training the political qualities and revolutionary morality among cadres and party members in Vientiane capital".

- Comrade Phuan Sawat Onlat Bounmi - Vientiane CapitalSchool of Politics and Government presented the paper: "Improving the quality of clean and strong party grassroots units in Vientiane capital in the new era".

After more than three hours of serious scientific work, there were 08 discourses presented directly at the Conference, providing a lot of theoretical and practical information related to the work of building and rectifying the party in Vientiane Capital (Laos) and Ho Chi Minh City in the current context.

Within the scope of the visit and participation in the conference at the Vientiane Capital School of Politics and Administration, Ho Chi MinhCity Cadre Academy donated 10 sets of laptops to the Vientiane Capital School of Politics and Administration to support the school in training.
