Concluding the seminar, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Tan Phat - Member of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy assessed that after nearly a working session with a high spirit of responsibility, frankness, and democracy, the Seminar has accomplished its proposed programme and goals.
